Kellogg's Deal of the Day

Two posts back to back?  It's because the deal of the day has teamed up with Kellogg's.  So these deals are only available if you checkout today.  They can be included on your next subscribe and save delivery, but you have to subscribe today or if you don't want the extra discount, just checkout like normal.

First one, you can save an extra 25% on Special K items of your choice. My top pick is Kellogg's Special K Cereal, Red Berries, (Pack of 3) which make 3 boxes cost $6.06.  $2.02 for each box?  Not a bad gig.
If we are talking straight value, these Kellogg's Special K Cereal, Chocolate Delight, (Pack of 14) come out to be $27.07 for 14 boxes - making them $1.93/box.  Since I've never tried them though, I'm hesitant to buy 14 of them.  Are they good?

There's a bigger variety when it comes to an extra 20% off Kellogg's cereals and Pop-Tarts in general.  Take a look to see which ones your family would like the most.  Some of the best picks for us are below.  No judging, we like cereal.

Corn Pops Cereal, (Pack of 8) - with the discount these come out to be $1.35 a box!  I'm sorry, but no grocery store sales get it down that low anymore.  And certainly not delivered to your door.

Pop-Tarts, Frosted S'mores, 12-Count Tarts (Pack of 12) - these are the large boxes and with the discount it ends up costing $1.57 a box.

Cracklin' Oat Bran Cereal, (Pack of 10) - if you love this cereal you know it's $3.88 a box at Wal-Mart and it almost never goes on sale.  Get it for $2.20 a box today.

Kellogg's Krave, Milk Chocolate, (Pack of 14) - my absolute favorite cereal right now that is painfully expensive most of the time.  These are the huge 19 ounce boxes and they are only $2.85 a box.  I'm telling you, that's a great price.  I haven't met anyone who doesn't like this cereal, and I know my cereals.

If you're heading back to school, here's a great way to stock the pantry with some things.  Each set of coupons can be used only one time, but they've broken them down for us nicely. The next one is on Kellogg's crackers, chips, and cookies.
I know that Costco sells a 48 count box for $12+tax but it is a variety pack.  If your kids are anything like mine, we do better with all one flavor.  So the Stretch Island All Natural Fruit Strips, Strawberry, 48 count would actually be a better option for us.  They have multiple flavors.

Kellogg's Fruity Snacks, Strawberry, 6 boxes of 20 pouches - we don't do fruit snacks usually at our house but this is a great deal especially to use on a special occasion.  These are 20 count boxes too!

Pringles Sour Cream and Onion, (Pack of 14) - I know these go on sale regularly at the grocery store, but still, $1.21 isn't a bad price.

Wow.  That's a lot of stuff.  Hope you can find something that works for all of your families.

*These prices are calculated getting the 20% subscribe and save discount that anyone is eligible for if they have 5 subscribe and save things coming from Amazon in any month.  See my Getting Started tab for more details.
Amazon just released a new batch of coupons - find all of the current Amazon coupons or check out the picks I have below.  Some of these are Amazon Mom exclusive - which will also get you an extra 5% off your subscribe & save items.  There's no cost if you already have your own Prime account so the 30 seconds it takes is more than worth it.  Sign up easily here.  Also if you have some of these on subscribe & save already, just cancel your original one and re-sign up to get the coupon to apply.

Lysol Clean and Fresh All Purpose Cleaner, Lemon Sunflower, 40 Ounce (Pack of 3) - 30% off plus your 20% subscribe and save discount makes 3 of these $5.99.

Good Sense Children's Ibuprofen Oral Suspension, Grape, 4 Fluid Ounce - 20% off coupon plus the normal discount makes this $2.36.  I promise if you wait until your sweet kids are sick it will run you at least $5 on sale at your local drugstore.

Finish coupon gives you $2.15 off whichever item you choose.  For the Finish Powerball Tabs it brings the 90 count down to $8.95.  At Costco the 110 count normally sells for $14.49 but they will put it on coupon for $11.19 - making them just over 10 cents per load without factoring in sales tax.  Amazon is just under 10 cents a load and it shows up at your door.

Procizion Vegetable Spiral Slicer - maybe it's just me but I have been wanting to order this to make noodles with my zucchini.  $1.50 isn't a huge savings but maybe you've been wanting to try this too.

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, (Pack of 3) - with this $3 off coupon works out to be 40 cents/ounce - 3 bottles will be $19.25.  Costco it is 43 cents/ounce before sales tax.

$2 off Pull-Ups - please tell me there is a time when I won't be buying these forever?  Who is with me!?

Remember, with all of these coupons there a limited number.  If you clip the coupon, you don't guarantee you have it until you checkout.  But, once you checkout it's yours.  So even if you checkout with the coupon and have that item coming in a few months from now, you'll still get the discount.  But if you just clip the coupon and don't ever checkout, there's no guarantee you'll keep it.   It just depends on how many other peeps want the same thing.
